Shipping & Returns
Order Shipment
Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include holidays or weekends. During sales and the busy holiday season, extended shipping times apply.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking information so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate of $7.99 on orders under $75.
Free shipping on all domestic orders of $75 and over.
Lost Packages
Oujoi will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail due to customer error, and that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information so they can help you to track your package.
Packages marked as delivered will not be refunded or reshipped. Oujoi is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. Please ensure that there is a safe place for delivery.
Packages that are lost due to the shipping carrier’s error will be reshipped or refunded. These packages include 1. Ones that didn’t make it to its final destination. 2. Packages that have been delivered to the incorrect address due to UPS or USPS error. 3. Packages that are not marked as delivered.
Returned Packages
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address will not be re-shipped unless the customer pays for shipping. If you desire a refund instead, we will refund you minus the shipping fees.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days after receipt of order. Please visit our returns page here to start a return. Please do not return any items that have not been approved by us.
Returns are accepted on products that are unused and in original condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been used.
Return shipping fees are paid by you, the customer. Please securely package your item and ship it back to us. It's best to also include a tracking number with your return.
Once we've received your return, we'll examine it, and refund all items that have been approved. Shipping fees are non refundable so you'll receive a full refund minus shipping fees.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase. Your order will be cancelled providing it has not shipped and is still in the "awaiting fulfillment" status. We regret that we are unable to cancel orders that have changed status and are currently being packed.
Changing an order
Once orders are placed, regretfully they cannot be changed. You will need to cancel your order and place another if you've made a mistake.
Damaged Shipment
If you've had products that have been damaged during shipping, please contact us. We'll ship you a new product replacement. Please make sure to submit pictures of the damaged product when you email us.
Missing Items
If you receive your order and any item is missing, please contact hello@oujoi.com. Someone will assist you immediately.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship via UPS and may sometimes ship via USPS.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the USA.
Backordered Items
On a rare occasion, products can go out of stock after the purchase is made. When this happens. we will ship your order, minus the out-of-stock items. We will indicate this on your packing slip. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
