Can your products be used on kids?
No. We do not recommend using our products on children. Our products contain stimulants such as rosemary extract and peppermint, which can be irritating to their sensitive scalp.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our product shelf life is up to 1 year.
How long will my order take?
Order processing time is between 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday during normal business hours excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after 12:30 PM CST will be processed the next day. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, the first processing day will be the next business day. During holidays and sales, orders my have an extended shipping time. Please see the top of our front page for the most accurate processing time.
I entered the incorrect shipping address during checkout. How do I change it?

Are Oujoi products cruelty free?
Yes, our products are 100% cruelty free. We do not test on animals.
Are Oujoi products vegan?
Are your products scented?
No, our products aren't vegan. Our Mango & Honey collection contains honey which is a byproduct of bees.
Yes, our products have an inherent scent from the herbal extracts. We also use a small amount of a natural and non-natural phthalate free fragrance blend in our products.
